A skilled, gentle, and strong health practitioner, Cara offers individualized health coaching to those in need of mindfulness, balanced eating, and maintaining physical fitness. She credits support from others as a major staple to her own health and wellness as well as hugs, tea, and dancing!

Cara is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with years of experience. She has lead people of various abilities and health concerns towards long term success. Many of her clients still keep in touch and are continuing a balanced lifestyle!
