St. Patrick's Day
is one of the nation's biggest drinking days of the year.
Make sure you don't feel hungover by following my simple tips:
1] If you're drinking alcohol, have at least 8oz of water with every drink to avoid dehydration and a wicked hangover, to boot!
2] Balance your festive drinks with a healthy dose of greens. Green juice, smoothies and sautéed leafy greens are great for gut healing.
3] You can always choose not to drink any alcohol! This of course is the best option overall. If you still want to participate in celebrations, make a mocktail. Seltzer, cucumber and lime are a great combo!
